In August of 2007, 5 people gathered in a Winterville home to start a Jesus-centered movement in Greenville, NC. Three months later, those 5 people had multiplied and split into two groups of 10-20 people. One month after that, the groups gathered together for the first time in corporate worship. Starting Easter Sunday of 2008, the new church began meeting every Sunday. By the fall of 2008, Harmony Church had officially launched.

We’ve seen people come and go. We’ve been missionary, and sent missionaries. We’ve thrown block parties and concerts. And we’re still meeting on Sundays corporately and in homes throughout the week.

We’ve joined the EFCA Movement.

And we’re still seeking to lead people to be Gospel-centered, in Community, and on Mission so that it may be in Greenville as it is in Heaven.
